“Ogres felt that standing next to a Prone Witch Elf, even with Tackle nearby, would not have been enough. Piling On was needed to get rip of Wrestle/Strip Ball and to retain ownership in order to score. However given that the Ogres were being total pussies all game, two attempts at armour 7 with Mighty Blow were not enough. A -2d Block got the ball. Not the only successful -2d Block of the game, I might add. The Elves were in top form. Ball picked up in TZ, handed off, passed away, and what might have been a 2-1 game became 1-2 instead.
i think I had more than the average number of Boneheads, and didn't remove nearly enough elves to be competitive. Still, scoring at all against elves, and being in it to force a hero play (which worked, sadly) is brag-worthy. So there!
“Game Fact #1: Meet Waggin removed more snotlings via ejection (4) than we did via cas (3)
Game Fact #2: The only SI suffered was when Denmar tripped on a GFI attempt. A -AV was saved by apoth.
The game turned on a -2db Wrestle of the ball and retrieval/pass by our runner. The prior turn, the witch who pulled it off had been piled on with MB to no avail. Had that PO player remained standing, or the PO resulted in at least a stun, that would not have been possible.
GG Poundfist. Those guys absolutely rock. Tons of Block and Tackle for an ogre team. Kudos.

The biggest bonehead play of the game - by far - was me in the pregame. I accidentally confirmed my 260k of inducements with nothing selected :P (you missed out on hypno-elf and a babe) ;)”

Go Ogres!”
