“Fun game. I was half asleep during the first half (game started at 6am for me), this is reflected by being my best half. The Monkey Island Fanatics started with the ball, and used the old switcheroo tactic, by switch which side to attack on. By a miracle with managed to break the elves defense, and having learned from previous tournaments, I stalled the rest of the half.

By the second half I hadn't managed to injure any elf, except one that got apo'ed. My DP'er had as usual left the game early, and it was the elves turn to attack. This turned out not to be so easy, as their dice smelled of hamsters, but after a few back and forth they managed to score with 2 turns left of the half. It got quite iffy when the kick-off result was Blitz! But again with the dice, they failed hard, and I mirrored the attempt and failed to score in my turns.

By the overtime, the undeads were up a few players. I don't remember when it happened, but the rookie elf blitzer fell and killed himself on a dodge, and gave me an extra zombie. Since I started receiving in Overtime, I played it safe, and walked square by square. I nearly messed it up, but by using side-step, I could cross over the EndZone without risking a dodge.
