“A superb game, although to be fair, it was mostly just ridiculous. Both sides forgot to bring armour, and there was almost never a turn where someone wasn't taken off the pitch by both teams. Despite having 2 bribes, and only fouling 6 times, 3 zombies were banned; but the wizard worked perfectly allowing a defensive touchdown in the second half!

Unfortunately, Dark Creepers (who won the opponent's MVP for this) double skulled on turn 3 and badly hurt himself.. no regen. This allowed Blood Pint a defensive touchdown in the first half!

On turn 5, there was a choice - having removed yet another beastman, the Creepers could have done the perfect stall and simply tried to foul off the only 2 remaining Blood Pint players on the pitch - or they could score and risk having 5 more Blood Pinters wake up! Since there were only 6 Creepers on the pitch at this point, and only 3 more in the KO box, the risk was surely great..

So we went for it!

And only 2 beastmen woke up!

But the crowd, having watched this naked match between undead and beastmen (remember, the whole no armour thing?) had been worked up into an ecstatic frenzy of Blood Bowl!! and rioted! The ref moved the clock forward. A single errant beastmen galloped down the field, only to be smashed down by Dark Ones. There was no hope for a Blood Pint win.. so a pass to the last remaining warrior became the way to victory! 2+ 2+ 3+ 4+ 3+ 2+ 2+! Success!

Surely a Creepers victory would be denied! But Black Creeping, veteran Mummy was just in range! If he could just pass 2 gfi's (used the team RR, but success!) and then smash the warrior down on the sideline, the ball might bounce well! No! Ok, zombie long bomb! But that failed too.

A glorious draw!!
