Fulham began like a team not ready for the season ... 1's are bad, lots of 1's are very bad ... they did their best, but all too soon it was 1-0 Rats. They tried to score before half time, but it was not to be.

Second half and the Fulham players come out after receiving a rocket from the head coach. They score quickly for 1-1, but this only handed the ball back to the Rats.

Fulham pressure the ball and a Rat runs off down field with the ball, but not far enough from a Wardancer, who leaps in, takes down the Gutter and watches Johnson make a nice pass up to Clint, who scores for 2-1.

Still, the game is not over at the point and with the seconds ticking down the Rats break quickly (quick snap) and going direct and coming away with a last minute score for 2-2.

Both teams will come away happy enough with a point, from a match that neither side truly deserved to win.

Fulham may well be the happier in the end though, because Clint Dempsey's brace seemed to inspire him in the training sessions that followed and his agility has certainly increased.
