In the first half, a series of leaps and a healthy dose of luck saw our warted warriors score twice in quick succession, including a touchtown by Bouncer, the #1 active ranked slann player!
Unfortunately the #1 human fouler decided that he's got the chops to foul such a legend. Two fouls later, and Bouncer is now off on vacation, nursing his arm back to health. At about the same time, our superstar linefrog got hurt somewhat badly and out other star blitzer was knocked out.
That didn't stop us though! A crazy leap into the open by Jumping Jack CII followed by a handoff, then pass by our fouler Ulric Quicktongue all in quick sucession led to a touchdown early in the second half!
Up 3-0 so far with 6 turns left.

Things became difficult now. A couple of injuries, and our playbook having been studied, the many incarnations of Sam now swarmed towards our try line. Two turn touchdown after two turn touchdown, our astonished amphibians could only watch, unable to slow the Supercharged Samuels.

Looking like a draw, the turning point came as a stroke of pure luck. Our Gallant Greens adopted a turn 16 defensive position with the ball, just needing one turn to elapse to hold our 3-2 win! The Swift Sammies ran around and tackled our ball carrier though, knocking it loose for the pass. The game was in the hands of Zeus. Unfortunately for Zeus, Nuffle didn't seem to like the competition as the deity of the dice. He smote Zeus with the snakeyes pickup roll handing victory to our Fearless Frogs!

Bouncer will spend his free time in the Luxury Lustrian Lagoon, the fanciest Slann-only resort on the continent.”
