Still in the forests of Bretonnia, the Warriors of Valhalla Thirteen were challenged by another team of Wood Elves. Accepting the challenge, they brought newly recruited Warrior Ahmed ibn Fahdlan. He quickly proved his worth completing a long pass to Skeld the Superstitious which eventually led to a score. Hyglak and Weath were both KO'd in the first half and didn't see much time on the field. Hyglak came back first and spent his time fouling War Dancers. The ref didn't intervene for 3 straight stuns, but finally tossed him when he got a KO. Helfdane was force-fed a TD while the rest of the team chased the freakish War Dancer, Butt Log, across the other side of the pitch. Alas, a pitch clear eluded us but not the victory.

This game really came down to failed GFIs and fumbled throws for the fawns. They had a chance at taking the lead but Nuffle had other ideas. And on a personal note, this was the 7th time lemf and I have faced off on the pitch. I finally have the lead for the first time at 4-0-3. I'm 1-0-1 against the woodland fawns. We'll see if I can hold onto it or if Nuffle changes teams next game.
