“The legacy begins!
Griefers lost the toss and had to kick.
Thankfully the Bad Elves lived up to their name, moonray calling the Griefer's perfect defence! This meant we were able to jam the line with ST4 and put some early heat on.
Crucially, on only the second turn of the match, an Elf Blitzer snaked a dodge, badly hurting himself and leading to a Catcher getting his head kicked in by the crowd.
The Griefers were able to ride this early man advantage for the first half, playing it safe and never really overcommitting and eventually were able to get the TD on turn 8.
Although both KO'd Elfs returned, the 2nd Half started well with a nicely fielded kick and a swift cas, leaving the Griefers 4 men up and able to rumble up the pitch and score almost uncontested on turn 16.
