“Another Halfling vs Halfling match for the Dingleberries, this time against the "Banoffee pie Banaza". Led by the jolly figure of Pudgy Plumcheeks, the Banaza all took the field covered in the remains of numerous Banoffee pies that the coach insisted on feeding them before the match. This obviously gave the Banaza a boost, as the first kickoff saw them beating their way through the 'Berries' lines, with "Juicy Fruit" Berry seriously injuring Greentoes in the first few seconds. This obviously angered the 'Berries; and with no Treemen turning up to assist them, Rusty took it upon himself to even the teams. He hurled himself at Hammie Trotter, giving him an SI in retaliation.

With both teams unable to hold onto the ball after it was stopped in the Dingleberries' backfield, the half closed with no score. The halftime pies that Pudgy fed his team must've had some super-drugs in them, as the second half saw a very violent team line up against the slightly worries 'Berries. By turn seven of the second half, only TWO Dingleberries remained on the field, unable to defend their endzone against the inevitable score. The final line up (and potential TTM attempt) was uneventful after the ball bounced out of reach of the 'Berries. A victory for the pie-covered Bananza.

A good, truly bizarre game of BB. A rather violent second half (not intentional, just bad armour rolls!) gave the game a sinister edge, but was still good fun to play until the end. A great opponent with a characterful team. The rematch is definitely one to look forward to. Thanks.”
