“Kicking off against the Skaven team, the Dingleberries took advantage of a few holes that opened in the opposition lines, with Chickenwing scuttling through to head for the endzone. An attempt to block him into the crowd was spectacularly countered with Chickenwing dodging through the Skaven and over their line to score the opening touchdown.

The Skaven reponse was in true skaven style. A rapid running attack that saw them even the score in turn four. The following kick off saw the Skaven attempt to get the ball for another quick score, but the Halflings remained defiant, eventually getting the ball thrown (with Sadsack attached to it) into the Skaven half and run out of the furry hands of the rats by Slackfoot.

The second half saw the Skaven take advantage of the Halfling's speed, circling their lines and grabbing the ball, ready to score again. A cocky Thea decided that stalling the ball would be better for the team than taking the lead, so strolled along the line ready to score. Seeing this threat, Toad was swiftly tossed back to try to block Thea. Unable to knock the rat down on his attack, Toad was rather pleased when Thea fell prone attempting to retaliate. Another throw saw Sadsack retrieve the ball and bring it back upfield. Yet another throw saw Sadsack in the Skaven backfield, with the ball in a tricky position for the rats. The huge smile that shone across Sadsack's face was swiftly knocked off, as Jette charged into him, killing him with a deadly blow.

With Jette unable to pick up the ball for the remaining turns, the game finished a tie. The Dingleberries glad to finish the game without further injury after Sadsack's death.
