First two turns everything seemed normal and I was gradually putting presure on the ballcarrier. This prompted the Fae to try a pass, thus outpositioning me completely, but a snaked gfi (bh too) got the ball loose. Picked it up, ran it in while laying down the hurt. William had already ko'd a fenbeast who wisely stayed put for the rest of the game.
Second half was more of the same. I managed to remove a couple of players and get the fenbeasts on the ground. The Fae managed to get the ball on the ground, however and even got one brownie running towards the endzone. A glimmer op hope that didn't last long, since the Royals were alert and responded in style. Eventually the ball ended up in the crowd and they ended up chucking it near a trapper who ran it in for the second TD of the game.
