“When they entered this SMACK the undead didn't expect much as they were considerably underdeveloped (this game was their closest TV game playing 260k up!)but somehow we found ourselves in the finals but it looked bleak.
However after a great wiz first half stopping a td and bad ko rolls on necro golems hope was ignited despite some bad regen.
Alas things were not to be, after a bad turn of positioning from me the necors were able to open cage up with a -2d push and then strip the ball with another -2d, the bounce that followed allowed super wolf to pick up and run. 3 chain pushes later the ag 4 dodge, tackle wight had a 2+ dodge to 2d the wolf but snakes followed and the game was done.
This was a tough game which was given away on a bad turn of positioning let this be a lesson!
Congratz to Chainsaw the necros did their stuff and take the deserved title!”

It was a good day for Blood Bowl and soon the blood was flowing.
Regeneration was proving effective for Pig Sty Alley and problematic for Still Kicking the Bucket. First a zombie, then a mummy. With the first foul resulting in marching orders, Jamie was likely feeling the toll before finally the other mummy avenged his kin by taking down and out of the game the wight that had concussed it.
Solid undead defense forced a risky split from the pack as knockouts mounted for PSA. Then a lightening bolt sprung the ball from the ghoul, knocking it out too. 0-0 at half time was looking good for Jamie but then his pomb wight killed itself against a zombie!
Poor knock out recovery - only a zombie with 2 golems and a ghoul failing - meant 9 on defense for the necromantics vs 8 undead for the 2nd half. The strip ball ghoul waited for his chance, and eventually the cage left contact. A zombie shoved the mummy out the way, and 2 pushes popped the ball out. The Coat (ESotFC) scooped it up from in 2 tacklezones to sprint nearly-clear.
Then the final twist of the knife for Jamie. Smart blocks pushed his remaining wight - AG4, dodge, tackle, mb - within range. It snaked the dodge and seriously injured itself, and that was that.
Good game Jamie. Another SMACK title for PSA to add to the collection, but this was a close one.”
