“Strange game and certainly a game of two halves.

First half I sent the tree out to dispatch the Human Thrower which he did on his third attempt. Apart from that I couldn't catch a break, with quad skull, snakes and 1's making progress difficult. All this was compounded by a stupid misclick which handed BooAhl the ball and 1-0 at half time.

Second half was a different matter. Dice were still poor for me, but the difference was, they were poor for the Humans too. Managed to get the ball loose from the Str 2 (Sure Hands) catcher, but the first attempt at collecting it ended with an elf dying on a dodge (apo having already been used on another death), but finally got away with the ball for 1-1.

Then, with no rerolls left on either side I managed to run a catcher through to put a zone on the human catcher, who subsequently failed his dodge, leaving the surprised Wood Elves to take the game.

The sad news is, we have had to say goodbye to our MA3 tree. But to be honest, he probably lasted than he should have given the box environment.
