“When you’re giving up 520k worth of inducements, you start to get a little nervous during the “Waiting for opponent to select inducements” phase. You mark your players, you mark some of theirs, and try to stop noticing that feeling of dread creeping over you. When the tone sounded I was relieved to see that I still had all of my rerolls, and that my opponent had opted out on taking the Halfling chef; but the guy holding the chainsaw and the additional snow troll standing on the LOS were going to be an issue. A whole lot of block, plenty of frenzy, and enough players in reserve meant that I would have to play this one fast, faster than rats would usually play, otherwise I would be leaving my team open to the potential of getting their heads kicked in, or being pushed off of the field to meet the crowds.
