“The Daggerz gave as good as they got in a match in which nearly everything tactical they tried came to nothing. A 1st turn glitch handed the impetus to the Home side who made brutal use of it. They gathered the ball and protected it for the majority of the half with good positional play. The weapons misfired again and for the 3rd consecutive match the chainsaw had no teeth. The first half closed with the Chaos team scoring. The second half opened with the Daggerz being overwhelmed in the midfield and the pogoer having to attempt a leap which failed. The Chaos team calmly gathered the ball and walked over another score. The gobbos had inflicted some damage on a depleted home side which led to the consolation score. Some good positional play and sending another player from the Retrievers side to the apothecary table opened a hole which Branislav Bounce hopped through and raced clear.
Another difficult game for the Daggerz against a well organised Retrievers side.”
