What they didn't count on was Jho, a vigilante with justice on his mind. Rounding a corner with their ill-gotten loot, Emmett and Bob Dalton found themselves staring down the business end of a double-barreled shotgun. Their hands went into the air as they dropped their weapons in the dirt. Jho ordered Bob to drop the bag containing the Wells Fargo payroll as well. Bob bent slowly over his saddle, lowering the bag to the ground... and quickly drew from his boot a Derringer that he used to blast daylight into Jho's chest.

The boys made good on their escape and the saddened townsfolk mourned Jho's death. "That boy never did know when to leave well enough alone", his mother said at the funeral. With those words, the final shovel full of dirt was placed on Jho's grave, topped by a tombstone reading "No Jho, no mo'."”
