“That was perhaps the best match I have played in a VERY long time. Despite the fact that I was heavily out bashed, I managed to use my skinks well to pull off the victory. The defense was much better than I usually play.

In the first half, I managed to hold off a score by forcing a fumble and nearly getting the steal.

In the second half I was very short handed, but the Sweets overcommitted to the Southern side of the field. What strength was left sealed it off and made the long run to the endzone.

Still, it was costly. I entered the next kick off with a 9 vs 6 man disadvantage. The second thrown rock of the match put another saurus on the bench. My Krox, 2 Saurus, and 2 skinks harassed the ball carrier and popped the ball lose twice. As time ran down the two remaining skinks made the most of a desperation play and in tandom brought down the ball carrier leaving no one in scoring range as time expired.
