The 1st half saw my Pirates under the cosh of awesome dice, and with the roadblock that is Morg in the way, The boys tore their way to an easy T8 score.
I needed some divine intervention and found it in T8, I managed to gangfoul Morg off the pitch and stripped the boys of their 2 apoths.
the 2nd half was largely a reverse of the 1st, with my Pirates bashing their way up the field. Diddy managed to get to my ball carried twice, largely due to my poor positioning and focusing (as usual) of dishing out the hurt.
I'm not afraid to admit the 1st half rattled me, not often I let an ass kicking get to me now like that, and it affected my gameplay in the 2nd half, so coming away with a draw (and a skull) is a result. Hopefully our next encounter will be a more balanced TV affair, then we will see which human team sinks!”
