The Renegades had revenge on their minds, and inflicted significant damage over the course of the game. In the end, I was thankful to emerge with no permanent damage, and amazingly only fringe players suffering from serious injuries which bodes well for the final.

The first half seemed to open up and Urdithane had a path to the ball. He sped forward but failed to reach the ball carrier as he fell over going for it. The pestigor spotted the open flank and sprinted away, but suffered an even more embarrassing trip. After nearly failing the pick up (last reroll used) Urdithane managed to get in range again but when he blitzed the pestigor it knocked him down.

By now the Pirates were low on numbers and it looked bad, but the Renegades opted to score with enough time for a 1st half equalizer and that was it as Tomas Bot and Urdithane combined both times to score without too much trouble and win the game. The wizard's fireball was particularly weak.

The Renegades however are turning into a team to be afraid of. 5 casualties today, and it could have been more.”
