Promptly, he RIPs a Blodge/MB/BT saurus. This, of course, confirms what a bad player I am.
It soon devolves into a 1-sided dicing from turn 2 onwards. Another death and 2 MNG follow. I would never normally say things like this, but because he was so obnoxious, that on this occasion I'll be blunt–– opponent played exceedingly poorly, and seemed to be doing everything possible to fail. 1-die blocks, hand-off in a tacklezone–– despite his outrageous pitch-advantage, he nearly botched his counter-offense, and seemed to fail to understand the you win Blood Bowl by scoring TDs, not making casualties.
Second half, turn 1, opponent decides to needlessly GFI with no reroll, falls, and allows us to charge the backfield and swarm the ball. We score on turn 4, despite his misguided attempts to block our path. With our 7 remaining players, no rerolls, and a short kick, it seems an inevitable win for the Orcs. But the opponent decides to Block with his troll and roll skulls before picking up the ball. No problem! Nuffle lets him reroll it into a pow. Next turn, the opponent finally gets to ball, but decides that, instead of going towards the endzone, he will instead run side-ways across the LOS... despite only 2 turns remaining to make it to the goal line. At this point, with only 4 players remaining vs 10, the opponent has somehow only managed to mark 2, and a simple skink-walk and blitz by the Krox put 2 TZ on the ball. Rather than executing a simple chain-push, opponent decides to wall himself in, then blitz out... WITH THE BALLCARRIER... Of course, since he's walled in, the Both/Down takes down the Krox, but doesn't free him of the TZ, and the 4+ dodge trips him up. For some reason, he hasn't put any of his 10 players in scoring range, so he fails what should have been the easiest drive alive. Opponent remarks about his bad luck, then leaves the game without a word.
yeesh... What a nightmare.... Clearly this one needs more socialization.
