“Odd game, played entirely in the rain - a LOT of strange luck (mostly bad) for both sides in the first half, which led to mental errours. The bad luck kept most of those from hurting, but it did drain Nurghlander of RR's quickly both halves. Even the lightning bolt failed for the tying T7 score.

But by the 2nd half attrition had started to take its toll on Nurghlander, and things were looking bleak. Short handed and starting the half with a failed block, Nurghlander was immediately pressured with the ball deep but unprotected, so they punted over the heads of everyone - and a failed first block by the Krakens to open a path to the ballcarrier gave Nurghlander its second scoring chance, which - again with no RR's - this time it somehow converted.

Kicking off to start Turn 5, they only had 7 facing 9 (and only 2 Warriors), and the Kraken winning score was easy enough.”
