#4 Eric Malkin – Broken Jaw (MNG) #7 Colin Hanks – Fractured Leg (MNG)
“First tournament and the first game of the squad
We started with the kick and DE had some good drives taking out very fast few players so he had more players arround. But this couldn't stop us to sack the carrier. Unfortunatly, we could get control of the ball. Unlucky dices on both side made it very interesting, but AG4 get him the TD and lead.
Second drive we started very fast and didn't stalled and scored in round 3. Meaning that he had the possibilty to score and win the game. Just Blitz stopped him. I got the control of the ball, but no chance to get rid of his advantage of manpower and was heavly under preasure. But this time also his AG4 couldn't help the DE.
Extra-Time. Our kick his drive. Strating with a pitch invasion of just one prone line. Suddenly his (until this time good) AR get bad, we got the chance to get back on track. put him under preasure and facing the advantage of 2RR.
During the game both sides had a lot of doubble skulls (4 or 5 on each side), so i belived in the odds and took the risk making a GFI to be inline of a dump-off intercetion with our catcher. Snakes!
The rest went classic. No bad dice for him anymore, so no win for me. It was a tight and interessting game and as usual the winner takes it all. So good luck with your DE.
