Edit 2: It's not cherrypicking. I cannot chose my opponents. Box decides. Usually, scheduled games are balanced. Sometimes, this is not balanced.
Anyone can build a team and try to see if no coach with a high TV team is online, to cherrypick. That's the way I understand your lament, and I don't agree.
