The Toffees did not catch any breaks in their last game of the season. Past Unlife was nearly flawless, not using a Team Reroll the entire game. The lads had a chance to score, with a completed pass but failed a gfi. It probably wouldn't have mattered as Past Unlife would have had 6 turns to answer. But it would have felt nice putting some points on the board. The Trees were failing everything except blocks this game, taking root early and often. The TTM attempts were nearly all fumbles, and the flings who got airborn never landed on their feet. Not even team Captain Shaggyelk. Thus the season ends on the boys of Everdown with 1/2/3 record, and falling out of the CAS champion race.
