After a devastating opening turn by Les Grognards, the dice soon turned against them, and the series of 6 consecutive pick-up attempts all failed. A very brave skink was able to grab the ball when it bounced away, and take it into the endzone on turn 4.

With the Deathroller now out, and 4 turns for the dwarves the score, the Roughriders set up again with their noses to the LOS. The Dwarves prayed for a Quicksnap, and the Lizards for a Blitz.....

Greyson Death Carlyle proved why he is the division's best reptile, with a double GFI in the blizzard, and a wry catch of the kick while standing in the tackle-zone of a dumbfounded Dwarf blitzer! The Dwarves tried their best, but were powerless to extricate the ball.

Second half was more exciting, while the Krox put on his ball-carrying shoes and played a cat-and-mouse game with a whole load of angry, bearded cats.
