Lomax took advantage of this opportunity by KILLING the emerging star in an action of dubious justice, the first assassination ever by a Shantan player. After this, the players had to calm down or a carnage could have begun.

With one of the treemen on the floor and the other one rooted, things looked nice for the elves although the possession was in halfling's little hands. However, the team payed its lack of experience against these little creatures, and the extraordinary agility and speed of the star Sid Trorigolo, who flew over their heads thrown by the treemen, proved too much for their weak defense (1-0). On offense, the combination of Gabi's pass to Kiji worked well for a fast draw (1-1). However, again the team couldn't prevent a halfling throw, even though Mario III managed to pow the ball carrier (2-1).

The half was about to end when yet another riot happened, a constant among the latest matches, due to the violent nature of the team fans. Roxio made a poor decision when cornered by a swarm of halflings and couldn't make the draw.

On the second half, the Gabi-Kiji connection was going to provide another touchdown, when Gabi's pride caused him to ignore on purpose a little player next to him, which of course intercepted his pass, leading to an immediate counter attack and yet another touchdown by the flying Sid Trorigolo (3-1). Fastly, Bullock helped setting Roxio free for a quick touchdown (3-2). Next, Sid Trorigolo was thrown again, but this time he fell while sprinting right in the touchdown line!!

After some violent play, legal by the elfs (2 more halflings out) and illegal by the halflings (more banned players), the damned Mario III failed to catch a pass by Bullock, but anyway Kiji scored the final touchdown for a 3-3 tie.”
