“KPL Season #2
KFC: North VS South Conference round 1
Possibly the greatest performance the Starlight Corsairs have ever put up to date. Vampires are amazing when they don't fail too many Bloodlust rolls. Unfortunately for coach ryanfitz, the Epicurean Club didn't really follow that gameplan. The wizard worked, the bribes sorta worked, but not much else did.
Blood Lust stats thanks to ryanfitz for putting up with me keeping track of this, and apologies for the turns that took a bit longer
Shebhorash Blood Dragon - 1 fail in 1st half (Cleomenes of Numas stunned in T7), 0 fails in 2nd half, total actions in game 11
Draculesti Helsinger - 1 fail in 1st half (Matei Basarab stunned in T7), 1 fail in 2nd half (Cleomenes of Numas Badly Hurt in T3), total actions in game 11
Rutger 'Wulfgar' Von Carstein - 1 fail in 1st half (Cleomenes of Numas KO'd in T7), 1 fail in 2nd half (T7, successfully rerolled before scoring in T8), total actions in game 10
Ozymandia Ptolemy II Philadelphus - 1 fail in 1st half (Bey Irsu stunned in T3, the only vampire to act in T7 and not fail a bloodlust roll), 0 fails in 2nd half, total actions in game 12
Total 6 fails (1 successfully rerolled) out of 44 rolls (4 of 24 1st half with 3 fails in T7, 2 of 20 2nd half with 1 successful reroll), resulting in 3 stuns/1 KO/1 BH and 1 successful reroll. The vintage of the match was Cleomenes of Numas with 3 bites, back-to-back stun/KO in T7 1st half and A BH in the 2nd half by the ravenous Draculesti Helsinger to complete the trifecta (to be fair, 2 vamps had 2 fails but Wulfgar rerolled one of his successfully). The Vamp Lords are finally curbing their thirst (1 in 6 1st half, 1 in 10 2nd half, total for game 13.64%) and was mitigated even more by the 1 successful reroll. Unlike the previous game(s), the 1st half was the thirstier half by far, with T7 seeing the Vampire Lords really cut loose. I could really get use to something between 1 in 6 and 1 in 10. Then let the 'Vamps are OP' riots commence.”
