“I don't care too deeply about CR either way, but I am certainly intrigued by the fact that my CR improves when I tie a match that (statistically speaking) I should have won–– against a lower 'tier' team, and a coach with a (albeit, mildly) lower CR. I think this has happened for my last two ties, as well.
Must be the TV difference somehow makes me the underdog...?

As for your CR, I think it is the TV difference that gave you the boost even with a tie. All the ingredients are in the formula (Tier high team vs. Tier low) but it also depends on the TV vs. results vs opponent coach rank. At that CR (ours) anything but a loss advantages us I think.”
