In the first half, our star saurus was quickly removed, and the Nurgle dominated. The Lizards couldn't so much as scratch a Rotter.

In the second, a bit of damage began to take shape, and the Roughriders were able to score by turn 2. The 3rd drive began with a rock which removed the Nurgle beast. But the really crucial play was a unlikely pass which put the ball in the hands of a Beast who was soon only 2 yards from the Lizard endzone. The Roughriders responded with an equally unlikely defense–– 2 GFI with the Krox, and a skink Blitz. Double POW took the beast off his feet, but the ball bounced into the hands of an adjacent skink, who (foolishly) caught it, only an arm's reach from the mighty, prone goat. Risking everything, Jeremiah Rose made a triple dodge, dashed in, and kicked the goat in the teeth as he began to rise, which knocked him out cold, and restarted the Lizard offense.

Nuffle smiled up us in the second half, but this game teetered on the edge of a knife. It doesn't get more harrowing than this!”
