KenThis played a little loose in the first half (it might have been to throw me a bone, as we were tremendous underdogs), and although Nuffle fizzled the Lightning Bolt, we were able to make 2 unlikely scores in the first half. Thought we would win this one, but a bad block (I made a wrong call on my order of actions on turn 11) dropped a TD right into the hands of Murderby Numbers. It was then a fierce attempt to buy time, as a loss was suddenly a very real possibility. The Roughriders took tremendous casualties, with the Krox killed along with one saurus, and another saurus retired, not to mention two retired skinks.

Our Merc Skink gets the MVP, and I have no problem with this–– he totally deserved it, with turn after turn of GFIs, Dodges, Pick-Ups, and Passes in the second half, and never asking for a RR. He saved the game when all else failed. ”
