Thus, his behavior in this match was merely Stanislavsky-style practice for this role, in an attempt to 'truly embody' the character, and not his actual personality

I regret to say, though, that–– having played the many of the most unpleasant coaches on this site–– he may have gone overboard in his characterization. That is to say: his character is now too grotesque and too poorly-socialized to still be believable as a human adult.

From one artist to another, I recommend a less-exaggerated approach to the character, for the credibility of the production.”
