“Kondor Crossed the pitch and thanked Coach Juggernaut for the match. It had been a while since the Pocket Hulks had been on the pitch and it felt good to take them out for a spin.

The last few matches had left the Hulks wounded and whimpering. They needed a chance to lick their wounds,and earn a little gold.

At first it looked like a bad start for the Hulks. Coach Juggernaut immediately dialed up a blitz and came at the little fellas with full force. Yet, the nut job Bill Bixby gave Haughty a pat on the rear for good luck, fired up his trusty saw, and charged directly at the biggest nurgle warrior he could find. With a maniacal chortle, he brought the saw up in an uppercut like stroke. The blade caught its mark and split the warriors head from chin to scalp. Bixby smiled as he looked at a now useless pile of armor.

Haughty nodded to Bill as she scooped up the ball and found her way into a loose huddle of hulks. She would work her way down the field and score shortly before halftime.

The second half kicked off and Kondor worried that he was again out-manned. He hoped to simply hold on for a 1-1 draw. This time it was Bruce that teamed up with Haughty to cause problems for the Nurgle squad.

The rotter Paul Darkspike was a little slow even for a rotter. Bruce's intentions were to open a lane for Haughty's blitz, but when he hit the bag of puss rather than the normal thud there was a crunch. Bruce's fist penetrated the rotting chest cavity crushing the poor rotter's heart against the back of his spine. Glorious cheers ripped through the crowd when Bruce raised his gore covered fist in glee.

In the meantime, the nimble Miss Haughty got an assist on the ball carrier, popped it loose and made a quick recovery. With some elf like prancing and side stepping she found herself with the ball and no Nurgle players near her. She would quickly move in for the insurance point.

When the clock finally wound down the Pocket Hulks found themselves with a very satisfying win.
