This was a very good game and Vesikannu a very gracious opponent. He was playing well, albeit perhaps a tad blinkered by blood lust - as I would be with a wolf like Einsten 3D. When the legend wolf got separated from the action on his drive at 1-0 to the Foxes, his sideline cage was blasted apart by a fireball leading to 2-0 at half time.
I was getting the breaks, despite being unable to prevent the equalizer. 2 handy KOs (bearing in mind my comparative lack of firepower) meant at 8 vs 9 with a chance for 3-1 looked good. I just couldn't resist the opportunity to foul that legend wolf though, leaving a 1D on the ball. A successful blitz and 2 snaked turns later for me, and it is 2-2 and my fist is waving in Nuffle's direction.
He is such a fickle God though and guided my wolf through the defensive screen for the winner.”
