“Kondor crossed the pitch and thanked coach Macabeo for the game. The lads left the match with a spring in their steps having never been happier in a loss.

Upon taking the pitch they saw that they were clearly outgunned. In the first half most of the team was quickly shown to the bench having been banged up. The chaos squad scored with no problem.

The second half saw mud on the field, and while the dwarfs were very inept at picking up the ball, they did a good job knocking a few of the chaos players down. A shout of glee went through the air when Troll Bait dragged down the clawed minotaur called Maimvex. Then, one on one over the course of several plays the dwarfs tapdanced on Maimvex's skull. A couple of the chaos players tried to help their downed cousin only to be brushed away for the collective dwarf two step to resume again.

The ref did his best to keep order by removing offending dwarfs from the field. But at last the stubborn cranium could take no more and Darkhammer came down with a blessed stomp on the skull. It splattered. Maimvex trembled, and was no more.

Later, Darkhammer would be escorted to the bench along with a total of 5 other dwarfs for the parts they played in the murder in the mud. However, it matters not as the horns and severed claw of the wretched Maimvex shall forever hang in the trophy halls of Karak Gordoom.
