By far and away the best game I have ever played with Azure. It was crazy.

He started reluctantly after a UI glitch (marking, dialog comes up, grabs a card as an inducement) leads to a "rubbish" card, compounding his justified feeling that this was a tough assignment for him. It turned out to be the opposite!

I get a blitz on the opening kick off but didn't fully engage. The legend bull gets to mark the ball, but the lack of engagement means the assists are easily found and Officer Gorden is then killed by a foul - apothecary to the rescue! The chaos dwarf blockers have paper armour and soon 3 are badly hurt on blocks alone, a 4th fouled out the game before half time - the referee eventually let 12 fouls go before sending off that dastardly dirty player.

The legend bull returned in the 2nd half to score an epic equalizer despite being pinned on the side by almost an entire human team. He even killed the lineman daring to block him (double skulls) prior to breaking free. A blitz on defense meant a long shot at an early winner, but definitely meant overtime.

5 vs 10 doesn't look good albeit I won the toss. Then 3 kayos and the referee's long overdue intervention and suddenly I had the ball and almost-even numbers! Officer Gordon bolts for it, but is too eager and flunked a go for it.

The "card" gives the thrower accurate! Actually its not needed but it is amusing that the card that had Azure feeling a little down on the game turns out to be some kind of prediction for the final moments - the pass comes off and it is game won. That was some truly fun Blood Bowl.”
