“Coach Hayati had a "strategy" in this game- to use Helmut Wulf and his chainsaw to wreak maximum havoc and reduce White Rock Midnight to a manageable number of players for later on (he learned of this possibility from a recent loss against Goblins, where the chainsaw had been absolutely prolific). Unfortunately, on the very first action of the match, Helmut managed to break his ribs with his own chainsaw, leading to an immediate turnover and easy defensive score for coach licker! Not a great start for Dallas!

Dallas of course failed to score on their short drive following the score to take us to half time- but in the second half, good use of their Wizard allowed Dallas to squeeze in a very unlikely score to level the game at 1-1 after coach licker's team failed to push the pigskin out of bounds- and Bob "Bobbie" Hayes then recovered a very crowded football!

Next up, Dallas had an outside chance to knock down the Midnight ball carrier on the goal line, but he stayed up and was well pushed via a chain block for the inevitable 2-1 lead.

At this point Dallas went for broke and tried to score, knowing that failure would condemn them to a likely 3-1 defeat. And so it proved- a Diving Tackle proved their undoing and from there the highly skilled Dark Elves were able to show their superiority with yet another touchdown.

Dallas got a couple of skills out of the game, which was good. However, as coach Hayati noted, "We'd need about another 200 skills to compete against this team of super stars!" Maybe after another 200 games...”
