“Frostbit Nipples won the coin toss and chose to receive. Their ballcarrier ran the ball up the right side of the field where his offensive line tried to create a path. Fight Gone Bad responded quickly and clogged the lane sending several bodies that stopped the ball's progress up the field. Even the Snow Troll, Sniffles couldn't budge the defense anchored by Grant the Great. With seconds left on the clock they desperately tried to swing the ball to the right side of the field where their player stumbled and fumbled the ball ending all chances of scoring before the half.

FGB received in the second half and Surrel picked up the ball. He waited for his offense to develop but two Ulfwerners in the backfield put pressure on him. He scrambled up the field where he was taken down by Snarf. Seph came quickly but was unable to make the tackle. However, he did enough to force his opponents to swinging the ball to the left side of the field where it was handled by the agile Blitzer, Thyk. Sure victory for FGB suddenly didn't look like it until a Journeyman on a one game contract made a huge play. He slammed into the Blitzer from behind and knocked him down causing a fumble. Konan rushed quickly to scoop up the ball and he rumbled up the field to score and take home another "W."
