2nd half and it's the elves receiving and on form, bashing and switch play back and forth in an attempt to make the flesh golems dizzy. They end up spinning into the maul and having a fight with some high elves. Just when it looks like they're going to waltz down the side, a snaked dodge leaves the strip ball ghoul a way in - and it delivers. The elves are pressed against the side, and head back - and snake another roll! When the ghoul delivers again, The Cobra steals! Max screams, "NO!" The freak blitzer swats the wolf down, but the subsequent pass - safe throw stops the interception - is dropped by the catcher. Amazingly the necromantic defense has held, and a small chance to score the winner remains. Moments later, the giddy wolf The Cobra is 1 square for scoring! He faceplants to bring a fitting end to a fun half off BB.

I enjoyed that. I'm not sure that PurpleChest was in as jovial a mood as I, but I still had a lot of fun.”
