“Fight Gone Bad won the coin toss and chose to receive. Their starting blocks were weak as they were sickened by the stench of the Slimy and Smelly team. This gave the Nurgle forces the initiative and they were able to seize control. The battle at the front lines looked grim for the Norsemen until Menasor ripped a Nurgle Warrior in half with his claws. Konan followed it up with a casualty of his own and all of a sudden FGB had regained the momentum although both Warriors regenerated while they lay on the bench. Pressure in the backfield had Surrel scrambling up the field and launching a pass intended for Anton. Surrel led his receiver up the field and Anton caught up to the ball and picked it up for a touchdown to end the half.

SaS received in the second half and Menasor charged in head first into the offensive line. FGB put pressure both ends of the offense forcing the Pestigor ballcarrier to go up the gut of the defense. He was sacked right at midfield by Konan and the ball was fumbled. Pestilotta the Second regained possession and headed towards the right side of the field. In his haste he tripped over and fell causing a fumble. Surrel would recover the ball and run it back the other way but he was caught and taken down. The ball was picked up by a Rotter and thrown to a Pestigor in scoring range. Thankfully for FGB, the Pestigor was not able to hold on to the ball and they escape with another win.
