An absolutely fantastic game - tons of back and forth action all game. Initially, the elves looked unstoppable, scoring easily then using wizard to do it again and go up 2-0. However, from there, it was time for the halflings to come up big time and time again. First Halflings are OP! took the ball and raced it in to make it 2-1 at the half. Then in the second half, the trees and boots took over to clear away many elves and allow us to mostly stall for the TD - although we still needed a 3+ with RR to score at the end to force OT.
OT we lost the coin toss, but in a daring blitz, Halflings are OP! went 9 spaces to 2d blitz the AG 5 blodger and got the POW! After that it was just back and forth as both sides had shots at the ball and looked about to score - only to be stopped and the ball went the other way.
Overall a great game against a fun opponent - thanks and cya next time!”
