“Fumbbl Cup - Round 2

It looked like a fairly one sided match with a team of Rookie Skaven taking on the hardened Barons, but it didn't quite run to plan.

The Barons worked their way up the field, removing Rats where they could and avoiding and real danger and were camped outside the Skaven end zone when it happened.

With pretty much nothing to stop the Barons scoring on T7 Gregory, dodged into 3 zones (5+), rolled a tripple POW against the ball carrier (1 in 81), dodged (4+), dodged into 4 zone to collect the ball (6+), made the pickup (6+) dodged (3+) and dodged again (2+) to high tail it away with my ball!

Gregory paid for his bravery though, as he was downed and Niggled the very next turn.

However, it seemed Nuffle's thoughts of an upset were quickly put to one side as teh Barons got a Blitz! and proceeded to collect the ball, then remove the rats from the field for a pitch clearance, a 1-0 victory and a place in the third round.
