“Northern Marauders won the coin toss and chose to receive. They pressed the attack against the Elves but Sudden Victory countered with their own offensive. Three Norsemen were taken out on their next turn giving the player advantage to the Elves. SV put pressure on the Norse ballcarrier, Ulver, in the backfield. Amaranth got in the Norse Runner's shirt and forced him to panic. Ulver tried to bust his way past Amaranth but the Blitzer was too tough and brought the attacker down instead. Amaranth would scoop the ball up and score midway through the first.

NM received once again and this time Ulver ran up as soon as he could. He was hit from the side by Aravan causing a fumble. The Catcher would steal the ball and speed up the left side of the field to put his team up by two at the break.

SV received in the second half and they went strong up the right side of the field. Joseph threw the ball to Elbereth and the Black Prince sped up the field and scored quickly to all but put the game away.

NM received for the last time and they sent multiple receivers up the field. SV played soft coverage and they had their players deep. Ulver got into the redzone but he was tackled. The Elves couldn't secure the ball so the Runner was able to make a clutch pickup in between two players and run it in to prevent his team from being shutout.
