“Ancient's Way won the coin toss and chose to receive. Jander dropped back with the ball waiting for his teammates to get open. The High Elves used their agility to gain the blocking advantage against the Cursed Alliance. Three CA players were knocked out including one that was shoved into the stands. This gave AW the numbers advantage they needed yet the Ogre was still able to get in the face of the Quarterback. Jander had to make the dodge away from the Ogre and scramble forward to throw a pass to Celeborn. Celeborn would drop the ball leaving an opening for the Pact forces. The Marauder dodged to grab the ball but was unable to control it sending it bouncing away. Jander recovered the fumble and threw a pass but this time to Akain. Akain caught the ball and scored just as the half ended.

CA received in the second half but their three players remained unconscious. The ball was given to the Ogre, Bruzio and he was surrounded by his teammates. The defense attacked the Pact offensive line aggressively not letting it move forward. Midway through the half the opportunity presented itself when Bruzio went Bonehead. Elbereth would come from behind and sack the ballcarrier sending the ball bouncing. Celeborn scooped up the ball and ran it all the way to secure another victory for his team.
