“Lost the toss and had to kick.
We got a blitz which was kinda cool. THis let us put some pressure on and surf a Blitzer with a snot on turn 2. I then decided to chase the thrower a bit which was a bad move with the snots out of position - the humans made the pass and then a couple of dodges to cage up. Used a RR on double skulls to force the turn 4 score, possibly a mistake as brogre offense is shocking even with a rr available. Still 5 turns to score was doable even after a rock stunned Ronnie.
Sadly on turn 5 I boneheaded and made a cage that only required one dodge in - splatted snot and drive over. Had a small shot at a TTM attempt on T7 but it was not to be.
Still second half was 11 vs 10 so again I had a shot but three boneheads on turn made the going very tough. I recovered great on turn 2, killing the catcher and managing to cage up - however the first move of turn 3 was a 2 dice blitz with Franco which double skulled. Disaster! The humans grabbed the ball but I was able to recover on turn 4 and made one of the worst plays all time. After picking up the ball the snot could have made some dodges and gfi to get back in the cage - only t4 after all but instead I went crazy and made a dash to the EZ. Needless to say the Ag4 Tackler managed the 2+ dodge to 3d him into oblivion. Luckily for me he failed the GFI to recover the ball. It was here that I compounded my errors by "playing safe" and not making a gfi and pick up attempt with the ogre - like the snot had any chance of keeping the ball. What ensued was a complete disaster and eventual defensive score.
Guess I went on tilt a bit and that continued into my next match.
