“Diane, it's 1:18 AM on Wednesday, January 14th, and I've just returned from an uprising at the Roadhouse here in Twin Peaks. Some ruffian named Anthony, and his gang called 'Avengers' stormed into town, along with some terrible weather, and really laid the wood to us. But Deputy Hawk and I were able to wrangle the ball free from the mid-pitch scuffle both times and secure it for the win. The Log Lady was fouled pretty badly, while Donna had a run-in with a Hulk. In all the excitement, I didn't even notice that until it was time for the final kickoff. Big Ed got himself beat up, again, but he'll return soon. It feels good to get a win after our drought. I guess the wins come with the rain, or the humans.
