“Hamilton 0 - Winnipeg 2 in a decidedly unfriendly post-season 'friendly' match.

By the end of the first half the Bombers had killed Tomb Guardian Jonathen Pelslie, badly hurt 2 skellies and scored (scored!?).

The second half started poorly for the receiving Tomb Cats.

They started down 5 players players and missing Charles LeMann and Sandy McMaster from a brutal Halifax game.

Then a fan knocked out Galen Phera with a rock. Hamilton ignored the ball and beat on the Bombers, killing a rookie beast in his first game and putting Johnny Sears Jr. in CAS box.

The swarming Bombers looked ready to stall out the half but then the game turned into Benson Bonson versus the world.

Bensen dodges out to GFI a 1D hit Greg Battle, KO's Battle and steals the ball.

Bensen is sacked but the Bombers fail the pickup.

Bensen jumps up for -2D hit that surfs J.D. Griggs and steals the ball.

Bensen is sacked. Bensen jumps up to -2D CW Marcellus Bowman away of the ball snags it off the pitch and moves out into the field.

All streaks come to an end. Finally the Bombers recover the ball and stumble over the line for 2-0 at the whistle.

Besen Bonson gets my vote for player of the Week Month and Year for the bottom of the second half.
