“Diane, it's 11:30 AM on Saturday, January 31, and I've just returned from the Road House where a large motorcycle gang of orcs were causing trouble. I have to admit I don't remember too much, as one of them suckerpunched me at the start of the 2nd half and I didn't come back until the very end. When I left, we were up 1-0, Dr. Jacoby was hurt, and we were receiving. When I came back, we were winning 4-0, Deputy Brennan had joined Jacoby, and we were kicking for the final turn of the game. Somewhere in between we had scored 3 more times. I also noticed Albert and his team were still on standby so I entrusted LOS duty to my boss, Gordon Cole, and Donna Hayward. I never suspected that it was the Log Lady who would need Albert's ministrations but he came through for her and the game ended. Another day of good work by the Twin Peaks law enforcement agency.

Medical Report: Nothing worse than a Badly Hurt the entire game, then the biker's troll tried to smash the Log Lady's ankle (-MA). Albert rushed in and saved her. He also said in his forensics report that her niggling injury had nothing to do with being hurt as the troll was able to use its Mighty Blow on her. Still, I'm going to have to keep an eye on the Log Lady for signs of slowing down. She's been extremely helpful to our investigations thus far, but the last thing we need is something slowing us down.
Financial Report: Nothing to speak of in inducements and I opted not to dip into the bureau funds. Good winnings. Might get a slice of cherry pie and a damn fine cup of coffee.
Addendum: Diane, it just occurred to me that this is the team's 10th win and 15th game. Might also treat myself to a new shirt at Horne's Department Store.”
