“Crown of Sand VI Qualifier V round 1

Tough game. I was concerned I'd be facing a wizard and a master chef. Instead we faced a wizard and Zara. Zara was a pain in the first half, but we got her under control in the 2nd. Estupendo played a good defense the first half and used the wizard at the perfect moment. I should have moved 1 or 2 closer to the endzone on T7 because I knew a lightning bolt was coming. Still, I had an outside chance to try a pass for a TD, but I used the reroll on a double skull trying to clear the other runner so I wouldn't have to dodge. 2nd half the Tools starting getting the numbers (as the Estupendo apo had been used on a very timely injury to their Blodge Runner on T8) and once we recovered the ball I just had to not screw up. Estupendo got 2 1-die blitzes on the ballcarrier but neither came up POW and Fend kept them away.
