“Long story short, the rats go home in pieces and the chaos go home with a victory.
I didn't have high hopes for this one, being outmatched in strength on blitzes and facing down a mino with block. Began with a blizzard, crimping my range, and with no strength advantage I ended up just abandoning my rat ogre on the line after he wilded first turn. Not surprisingly I apo him (MNG) just because I want to keep him in the game. Rest of the first half was filled with rodent injuries, failed dodges first move of turn every turn, and general mayhem. Oh, and a failed GFI-for-giggles resulting in a kill to one of my wrestlers.
I am VERY glad I wasn't even trying. I saw the blizzard, went "Aw, damn." and just hoped I didn't suffer too many casualties. (You can't really do much with only one gutter runner in a blizzard, like this gimmick team has.) If you watch the replay, you'll see why. If I'd been trying I would have been tearing my head out at some of that horrible ratfail every turn. Especially in the second half, where every hit was a KO by turn 3.”
