1st half, we manage to break the slowly moving Skaven Cage (no leap or agility 5, but two-heads and a 4+ dodge, with 1db) and eventually get the ball away and in for the TD on turn 8. When I scored, we both had identical players off the pitch..2 KO's and 1 thrown out...both of his KO's recovered, while neither of mine did.
2nd half opens with the 'everyone go deep' play...with the most unusual defense of the play I think I've seen in a while..basically the whole team rushed forward towards my lone GR with the ball in the backfield...the rest of my team (except for one linerat) were in the other half of the pitch. One long pass later, it was 2-0. One of my 2 KO's recover..the journey rat, not my best player, Zzing. I couldn't stop the return score, but it took 3 or 4 turns. Neither KO recovers (1 of 6 now), and I'm down to 1 GR, 1 Blitzer and 4 Linerats--3 of them journeyrats. So, we try the 'everyone go deep play again', but with less players and no good receivers. This time, only most of the opposing team comes at the Ball carrier, and he at least marks my players down field. Getting desperate, I throw it anyway..long pass to my blitzer that is in a TZ. Roll a 4 and don't rr it..so it is inaccurate...but it scatters back to my blitzer, who fails the catch--so I use the RR to actually catch the ball. One dodge and 7 squares later, it's 3-1. I didn't really try too hard to stop the last score on turn 8.
doing better this go through all my Black box teams..1st time I was 2-2-6...right now I'm 3-1-3 :) still 3 more to go.
Oh, my two rookie GR's get skills, one wrestle and one block. Hired PINKY (not brain) as a blitzer instead of a Rat Ogre this time :)

Honestly...i dont remember much of the match but probably played like a braindead and deserve the loss.
But i remember being late for a scheduled match and that i had to leave quick.
