#7 Gaius – Groin Strain (MNG)

“Somehow, despite the pounding, the 17th Man pull out a win.

1st half, I score quickly. Wanted to drag it out some, but could not afford to with the positioning. Could not stop the return score, so halftime was tied up at 1-1. My Agility 4 piling on guy was KO'd on the 1st turn and never recovers.

2nd half I was all prepared to suffer through an 8-turn stall and the loss. The drive started as expected, even losing one of my Mummies to a foul early. However, the dice changed, and I was able to keep enough pressure up until an opening popped up and I was able to get the ball free, to Glen, and eventually score on turn 8. Could have easily went the other way.
